The Supply Chain Planner – Customer Engagement & Engineering serves as the key link between customers, engineering teams, operations, and supply chain functions to ensure material availability, demand fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for demand planning, inventory optimization, supply risk management, and customer engagement activities while collaborating closely with engineering teams on product changes, new product introductions (NPI), and technical supply chain requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, customer-focused communication, and technical understanding to drive supply chain performance and enhance the overall customer experience.

Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and meet SLA’s. Analyze performance metrics, monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
