Job Description:
The primary responsibilities would include:
- Creating requisitions and receipts in Oracle to support business demand
- Supporting procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration
- Working closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers
- Following procurement policies and procedures
- Resolving supplier and internal customer inquiries
- Monitoring order status and delivery requirements
- Maintaining procurement documentation and records
- Supporting reporting and other administrative supply chain activities as needed
