  • Partner with Sourcing, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to reconcile assumptions, resolve data issues, and improve alignment between demand and supply.
  • Help maintain planning parameters, master data, item attributes, lead times, safety stock inputs, and other system information that affects planning quality.
  • Support scenario analysis for demand changes, new products, promotions, acquisitions, supply constraints, and other business decisions.
  • Document planning processes, identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring work, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and, as appropriate, lead planning-related projects from requirements through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, status updates, risks, and change management.
  • Perform other duties and analytical projects as assigned by the VP of Supply Chain Planning, applying structured project management practices to define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.

Success Measures

  • Reliable, timely, and accurate planning reports and analysis.
  • Improved visibility to demand, supply, inventory, and service risks.
  • Consistent support for monthly IBP/S&OP and cross-functional planning reviews.
  • Improved data quality, planning discipline, and follow-through on action items.
  • Meaningful contribution to forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, service, and working-capital goals.
