Senior Project Manager — Compensation: $55 - $67 per hour depending on experience.

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure project goals align with organizational objectives
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives
• Gather and document project requirements effectively
• Oversee change management processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders and upper‑level management
• Utilize MS Project and O365 tools for project management
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy
• Adapt to a semi‑agile environment and methodologies

• 6+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in process mapping and improvement
• Experience with IT project management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities
• Experience with MS Project and O365 tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• PMP certification
• Experience in public sector or higher education
• Familiarity with Teams collaboration tool
