Senior Project Manager — Compensation: $55 - $67 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure project goals align with organizational objectives
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Gather and document project requirements effectively
- Oversee change management processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders and upper‑level management
- Utilize MS Project and O365 tools for project management
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy
- Adapt to a semi‑agile environment and methodologies
- 6+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in process mapping and improvement
- Experience with IT project management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with MS Project and O365 tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification
- Experience in public sector or higher education
- Familiarity with Teams collaboration tool
