As the Integration Team Manager, you will lead the Program Integration Office (PIO) team, drive Earned Value Management (EVM) across Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and play a pivotal role in the success of the CERP program, which extends the B‑52 platform life beyond 2050.
Position Responsibilities- Manage or lead program management functions for the PIO team.
- Develop program organizational structures, work plans, and high‑level execution plans.
- Identify key horizontal and vertical integration interfaces among major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Facilitate resolution of program issues.
- Support the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.
- Integrate Program Management Best Practices.
- Implement customer and program communication and contact plans.
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross‑functional or cross‑business unit projects.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing and presenting executive‑level briefings.
- Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience developing large‑scale aircraft modification proposals.
- Enterprise Standard Gated Process experience.
Relocation is available for eligible candidates. Occasional travel may be required.
Benefits & CompensationCompetitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities, inclusive of a 401(k) plan with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 10% of eligible pay, student loan match, flexible spending accounts, and health insurance. The summary pay range is $109,650 to $148,350.
EligibilityUS persons only (Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylum seeker) based on 22 C.F.R. 120.15 and 120.62. This position requires strict export‑control compliance. Employer will not sponsor work‑visa status. Shift: 1st shift. Remote work is not available.
