CAA ICON in Oklahoma City is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Manager, Director and Executive through design, construction and completion of large-scale venue projects. You will handle document control, communications and all administrative tasks for the project team.
You will interact with owners, clients, architects and engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders while maintaining project logs and helping ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
