Lilyfield Inc seeks a Regional Director in Oklahoma City to provide leadership for all Lilyfield programming, oversee staff, manage program Budgets and drive strategic goals across EmpowerOKC Family Resource Center programs.
You will report to the Senior Director of Operations, ensure COA compliance, cultivate partnerships, supervise Oklahoma City staff, and lead PQI processes while maintaining strong community ties and program outcomes.
