You will manage maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration systems, and security, while ensuring cold chain integrity in a high-volume food distribution environment.
You will develop a skilled operations team, optimize workflows using CMMS, lead sustainability efforts, and partner with QA, Safety, and vendor teams to maintain compliance and uptime.
