CNC Repair Technician

Balon Corporation , an Oklahoma-based company designing and manufacturing valve products for the oil and gas industry since 1965,is seeking a talented CNC Repair Technician. We run a single day-time shift and offer competitive pay and an excellent benefits package

This position offers opportunities to gain training and experience in other machine maintenance and repair, metal fabrication, and related activities. Balon'smaintenance group has a team approach and cross-training is encouraged.

Skills, Responsibilities, and

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.

Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.

Skills and Attributes:

• Collaborative mindset.

• Frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.

• Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment including but not limited to safety eyeglasses and hearing protection.

• Customer satisfaction-oritented, with a focus on delivering quality solutions that meet business needs.
