Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with possibility of overtime Job Type:Temp-to-Hire

People Source OKC is hiring a Brazer's Assistant for a manufacturing facility in the Britton Road area. This is an entry-level position assisting the Brazing Department with preparing, inspecting, and testing medical gas piping systems used in hospital patient service assemblies.

• Cut, deburr, and ream medical gas tubing
• Clean, dry, and properly store copper fittings
• Perform preliminary inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Conduct initial pressure tests on completed systems
• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and department procedures
• Properly label assemblies after testing and inspection
• Report quality issues or product problems to the supervisor or Quality Department
• Work with departmentleadsand team members to resolve production issues
• Follow established quality procedures and work instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good reading and writing skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read and interpret gauge readings
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive bending and twisting
• Must be comfortable working in a warm-to-hot, non-air-conditioned shop or warehouse environment

Entry-level opportunity

Starting pay of $17.00/hour Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overtime may be available

Must be able to handle a 4–5 pound oxyacetylene torch
