Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead the development and execution of content across all external channels. This role will also be responsible for producing and managing our company podcast, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic content plan that supports lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Produce and manage the company podcast, including planning, recording, editing, and distribution.
  • Collaborate cross functionally within Marketing to ensure content aligns with buyer personas and customer journey stages.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Create thought leadership content including white papers, case studies, blog posts and webinars.
  • Manage content distribution across owned, earned and paid channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hub Spot, and report on ROI.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor content strategies to inform planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience producing podcasts or other multimedia content.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and audio editing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
