• Create a world‑class design and creative asset team.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Manage substantial marketing budgets, track performance, and ROI.

• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership in a global company.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven success in brand development, major campaigns, and measurable growth globally.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Strong leadership, managing large, diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data analytics for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exposure to B2B security marketing is a plus.
