Marketer, Demand Generation

We're looking for a data-minded marketer who loves the details of paid media. You'll keep our campaigns sharp, find what works, and help scale it.

The role

Hummingbirds is looking for a performance marketer to own the day-to-day execution of our paid demand gen programs, managing a seven-figure annual media budget across Meta, Google, and Linked In, with more networks to come as we grow. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being the person who knows exactly what every campaign is doing, why, and what it should do next.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Growth and with a small, scrappy, energetic and passionate team of marketers.

What you'll own

• Building, launching, and managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Linked In, with room to test new channels (CTV, programmatic, niche B2B networks) as the program grows
• Daily monitoring of spend, pacing, and performance across a large number of live campaigns, and catching problems before they get expensive
• Running structured tests on audiences, creative, offers, and website landing pages, and turning results into clear next steps
• Keeping tracking clean: UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and CRM attribution in Hub Spot
• Reporting on what's working in terms the business cares about: pipeline, cost per opportunity, and revenue, not just CTR
• Working with creative and content to keep a steady flow of new ads in rotation

What you bring

• An AI forward approach to building and scaling programs. You know how to own strategy, foresight and accountability, while leaning into AI tooling to execute effectively.
• Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Linked In Campaign Manager. You've built campaigns yourself, not just reviewed them
• 3 to 5 years running paid campaigns hands-on, ideally in B2B demand gen and experience managing meaningful budgets
• A reputation for being meticulous. Naming conventions, budget caps, tracking QA, and change logs are habits for you, not chores
• Comfort with the numbers. You can pull apart a funnel, spot a real trend versus noise, and explain it simply.
• A bias toward action. You'll make a sound call on incomplete data, launch the test, and let the results settle the argument rather than waiting for perfect information
• Clear, proactive communication, especially when something breaks

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to CPG brand, marketing, or shopper marketing leaders
• Familiarity with the creator economy, retail media, or influencer marketing
• Experience with Hub Spot, Mixpanel, or Clay
