Community Program Manager
In tandem with the Community Programs department, the Community Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation's competitive grantmaking programs. This position works with potential and current grantees, volunteer committees, and in some cases, donors to successfully award grants from the Oklahoma City Community Foundation's Community Grants program, regional impact partners, and others as assigned. The Community Program Manager will create and refine grant guidelines, maintain grant applications, and review progress of grant projects.
Utilizing site visits, final reports, photos/videos, dashboards, and other evaluation methods, the Program Manager will assess the outputs and outcomes of their grant focus area to continually improve the overall effectiveness of the Foundation's grantmaking efforts. The Program Manager will proactively engage with stakeholders to encourage collaboration, partnerships, and possible funding opportunities.
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
