A Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse is needed for a high-acuity inpatient unit caring for oncology patients with complex medical and post-surgical needs. This role requires experience in both stepdown and medical-surgical care, with a strong focus on oncology and chemotherapy patients.

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical oncology patients
• Manage stepdown and med-surg level patients within scope
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and interventions
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
• Communicate care plans with patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact eNLC)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Experience in Surgical Oncology and chemotherapy patient care required
• Stepdown and Med-Surg experience required
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required
• ONS/ONCC certification required (fundamentals may be considered)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
