Salary Range: $135,000 to $140,000 per year (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care setting

You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate care for patients seeking immediate medical attention. The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident in clinical decision-making, and passionate about delivering excellent care to individuals and families within the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluations.
Diagnose and manage acute conditions such as infections, injuries, and respiratory illnesses.
Perform minor procedures, including suturing, wound care, splinting, and abscess drainage.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, X-rays, and EKGs.
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care measures.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
Adhere to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that supports both acute treatment and long-term wellness.
Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or master’s in physician assistant studies.
Active and unrestricted Oklahoma NP or PA license and national certification (FNP, AGNP, or PA-C).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a related acute care setting (preferred).
Proficiency in performing urgent care procedures and managing acute medical cases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
