Position: Campus Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities

Night Shift Campus Supervisor (7pm-7:30am).

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Campus Supervisor provides direct supervision campus-wide to all staff on a given shift. Provides physical assessments of residents, implements resident’s treatment plan, evaluates response to treatment, provides complete documentation, administers medications as prescribed and provides health care education for residents and families. Performs duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

Sign On Bonus for Full Time 7pm-7:30am RN up to $15,000

Position Requirements
  • Valid licensure and registration by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a registered nurse required
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years prior clinical experience required
  • Recent psychiatric nursing experience required
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisor experience required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required

Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 116‑bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, outdoor courtyard and playground.

Qualifications
  • Valid licensure and registration by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a registered nurse required
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years prior clinical experience required
  • Recent psychiatric nursing experience required
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisor experience required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
  • BSN or Master’s degree preferred
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Successfully complete a drug test
  • Successfully pass a national background check
  • Physical agility to manage patients
  • Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior
  • Potential for exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids and other hazardous waste
