Mercy is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Rehab South team at the South Oklahoma City facility. This full‑time, 36‑hour per week role will be scheduled at night with no on‑call duties.

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers, coordinate care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and consistently perform duties in accordance with Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards.
Incentives- $10,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over 2 years) for experienced RNs
- Shift differential: $3.25 evenings, $4.00 nights, $4.00 weekends

- Education:
Associate’s degree, diploma, or BSN from an accredited nursing program - Licensure:
Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure meeting all state board requirements - Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) either through the American Heart Association or completion of course within 30 days of hire - Physical requirements:
ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis; prolonged standing and walking during each shift; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
