Campus Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Campus Supervisor provides direct supervision campus‑wide to all staff on a given shift. Provides physical assessments of residents, implements residents’ treatment plans, evaluates response to treatment, provides thorough documentation, administers medications as prescribed, and offers health‑care education for residents and families. Performs duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital at Bethany is a 56‑bed psychiatric hospital offering adult behavioral health programs and treatment services. The facility provides crisis stabilization and medication management to patients with disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, paranoia, and schizophrenia. It offers a secure environment for patients experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts and helps them regain self‑worth. The adult inpatient mental health program serves individuals over 18 with severe mental illness impacting their ability to function.

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital also provides inpatient and residential treatment services for ages 5‑17. Treatment programs provide a structured, supportive environment that promotes self‑acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Multidisciplinary treatment teams—psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and highly specialized nurses—collaborate to develop and implement effective, compassionate treatment plans for patients. The facility includes a 116‑bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a wooded campus with a pond, school, courtyard, and playground.

• Valid licensure and registration by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a registered nurse required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of prior clinical experience required
• Recent psychiatric nursing experience required
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• BSN or master’s degree preferred
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Successfully complete a drug test
• Successfully pass a national background check
• Physical agility to manage patients
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior
• Potential exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids, and other hazardous waste
