OverviewThe Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the MosAIC Nursing team to include day‑to‑day staff management, patient care, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow‑up appointments to patients as required. The Supervisor will work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.

- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC patients and Amerita patients if needed
- Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur
- Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
- Complete documentation in Company EHR system
- Under the supervision of General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as:
- Time off requests and timecard approvals in the Time Keeping system
- Participate in the annual performance review process
- Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, required
- 5+ years’ nursing experience, preferred
- 3-5 years’ supervisory experience, preferred
- Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment, required
- Must utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients
- Work within a team and take direction
