• Perform thorough patient evaluations in order to develop accurate assessments and treatment plans
• Ensure treatment plans are safe and efficacious
• Discuss treatment plans with the patient ensuring clear understanding
• Provide compassionate and respectful patient care
• Document patient care using the EMR in an effective and timely manner
• Provide ongoing health maintenance, health education, and disease prevention periodic screening for patients
• Provides patient education regarding disease processes and good health habits
• Orders and evaluates appropriate laboratory and imaging studies
• Remains current on Continuing Medical Education and maintains licensure in good standing
• Maintains current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD and DEA number
• Maintains a current knowledge of Nurse Practitioner formulary and prescribes medications within the limits of the formulary
• Interacts effectively with patients, families, team members and others
• Completes delegated activities and projects within appropriate time span

• Board Certified Physician's Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Required to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Excellent listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain trusting relationship with patients
• Ability to identify diseases and other health conditions based on clinical interviews, physical examinations, and lab tests, and subsequently provide treatment plans
• Ability to enter patient information into EMR timely and accurately
• EMR proficiency
