Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3pm to 11pm

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 3pm to 11pm

Meadow Lake Estates in Oklahoma City, OK offers a rewarding career for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This 8‑hour shift includes personal care, assisting charge nurses, and providing exceptional service to residents in a long‑term care and rehabilitation facility.

Base Pay Range: $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
  • Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
  • Advise supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at beginning and end of shift.
  • Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
  • Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
  • Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
  • Perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
  • Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
  • Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

CNA Requirements:

  • State certification as a nursing assistant.
  • Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
  • Highly developed observation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
