Registered Nurse - In Home Care

We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part-time role, conducting non-invasive, hands-off assessments in the comfort of our clients’ homes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized, high-quality care they deserve.

• Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on client needs
• Provide oversight and guidance to caregivers to ensure quality of care
• Monitor client progress and make recommendations for continued service or adjustments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations and agency standards

• Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and a genuine passion for elder care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits
• Previous home health, hospice, or geriatric nursing experience a plus—but not required
