RN Oncology – Hematology (Hemo-Oncology)

• Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: 3 days per week

• Schedule Notes: Step-down experience required; ONS/ONCC certification required

Under general supervision, the RN Oncology – Hematology provides direct nursing care to patients with conditions ranging from simple to complex. The nurse delivers safe, evidence-based oncology care while collaborating with physicians, patients, and families.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory, practices, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, and evaluate nursing care
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Cultural sensitivity in patient care
• Basic computer skills
