American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Birth RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring 2+ years of labor experience and OK or compact RN licensure.

• Work in the Family Birth Place unit, specifically Labor & Birth
• Unit includes 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guaranteed)
• Uses external fetal monitoring equipment
• EPIC EMR system used
• Night shift schedule, 3x12, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend hours required as needed by facility
• No call requirements
• May be required to float to post partum unit

• Active RN license (OK state or compact) required at time of consideration
• Required certifications: BLS, C-EFM, NRP
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Minimum 2+ years of labor and delivery experience required
• Experience at a hospital delivering 350-400 births monthly required
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)
• No gaps in employment exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months

• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
• Black scrub color required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted, though bill rate is reduced for those within 50 miles of the facility
• Candidates within 50 miles of the facility are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius
