American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Birth RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring 2+ years of recent labor experience and C-EFM/NRP certification.

• Family Birth Place unit with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds
• Night shift schedule, 3x12s,
• Weekend hours required as determined by facility need
• Patient ratios typically 1:1 or 2:1
• Uses external fetal monitoring equipment
• Documents in EPIC EMR
• May be required to float to postpartum unit
• No call requirements

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact) required at time of consideration
• Current BLS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications required
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience required
• Experience at a hospital with 350-400 monthly deliveries required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume labor and delivery unit
• Facility holds a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade 'A'
• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted, though bill rate is reduced for those living within 50 miles of the facility
• Candidates living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to another facility outside the radius
