American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring 2+ years of labor experience and C-EFM/NRP certification.

• Work in the Family Birth Place unit with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds
• Unit delivers 350-400 births monthly
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guaranteed)
• Uses external fetal monitoring equipment
• Documents in EPIC EMR
• Night shift schedule, 3x12,
• Weekend hours required as needed by facility
• No call requirements
• May be required to float to post partum unit

• Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications required
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience at a hospital with comparable delivery volume
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)

• Provide direct patient care for laboring and antepartum patients in a hospital birthing unit
• Black scrub color required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates considered within a 50-mile radius, though bill rate may be reduced
• Candidates residing within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or reassignment outside the radius
