American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Oncology Infusion Clinic position requiring current chemotherapy certification and at least 1 year of outpatient infusion experience.

• Outpatient oncology infusion clinic setting for adult patients
• Schedule consists of 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week for a total of 40 hours
• Assignment length of 13 weeks

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or multistate compact eNLC) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certification required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient infusion and chemotherapy administration experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and techniques
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Administer chemotherapy drugs, PO and SC injections, and other medications as ordered by physician
• Initiate, regulate, and monitor IV infusions and blood products
• Assist physicians during conscious sedation and minor diagnostic procedures
• Provide patient and family education related to chemotherapy treatment and clinic procedures
• Coordinate patient follow-up care, including referrals and post-visit phone calls
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Full date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
• Workers may extend for a total of up to 26 weeks before requiring a 6-month separation before reapplying
• Facility enforces strict credentialing and compliance deadlines, requiring onboarding to begin immediately upon offer
• 30-day written notice required for early cancellation or end of assignment
