Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift cardiac telemetry unit requiring an active OK or compact RN license and 2+ years of experience.

• Active RN license (OK or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Med/Surg required
• No gaps in employment exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required

• Work in the 3-AB Cardiac Tele medical unit of a hospital setting
• Medical patient population
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses EPIC EMR
• Provide direct nursing care to medical patients on a cardiac telemetry unit
• Black scrub color required
• RTO of up to 5 days allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Accepts local candidates
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local contract limit of 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to another facility outside the radius
