Mercy is seeking a per diem Home Health Nurse to provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting, including case management and total care for multiple patients with varying acuity.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, current state RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience in home care is preferred, and documentation is completed in Epic.
