Manager, GLP Compliance supporting laboratory operations in a biopharma setting focused on autoimmune disease therapies, including cell and gene therapy.
Responsibilities- ensure GLP compliance across laboratory activities
- develop and improve quality control processes
- support audits and inspections
- manage documentation
- provide GLP training
- promote continuous quality improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and vendors to maintain inspection readiness and foster a culture of quality.
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field
- at least 2 years of experience in biopharma/lab operations within GxP environments, supporting document control, and familiarity with GLP, GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- experience with cell and gene therapy.
supporting GLP compliance in a clinical-stage biotech advancing autoimmune therapies, including CAR T-cell products, with a focus on regulatory adherence, documentation, audit readiness, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
