JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven Home Buying Specialist (Acquisitions Manager) to join our rapidly growing team.

This role is perfect for problem-solvers, deal-makers, and self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll negotiate directly with homeowners, structure win-win deals, and help the company acquire properties at scale.

  • Base Salary: $2,000/month
  • Outstanding Compensation: lucrative commissions — easily reaching $84k+ annually

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet and negotiate with homeowners to purchase their properties
  • Structure and close win-win purchase contracts
  • Manage hot inbound leads and follow-up systems (all leads are provided)
  • Identify and pursue self-generated sales opportunities
  • Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and create value
  • Attend networking events and offsite marketing activities
  • Analyze investment opportunities and maintain CRM records
  • Track daily KPIs and exceed sales quotas
  • Occasionally work weekends to capitalize on high-priority leads
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven success in sales or negotiations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A team player with self-motivation and personal accountability
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a competitive, high-energy atmosphere
  • Clear speaking voice and professional written communication
  • Strong computer literacy and CRM experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term goals
  • Clean background check and valid driver's license required
  • Real Estate License not required (many team members earn one after joining)
