Join our team as a Buyers Agent at Authentic Real Estate Services Group.
This is a full-time role with a pay range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, based on skills and experience. The position is classified as entry level and offered on a contract basis.
Responsibilities- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead activities into appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching sessions and training
- Consult with buyers, negotiate offers, and identify homes
- Track activities using PLACE Technology
- Licensed real estate professional
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Growth-minded and eager to learn scripts and dialogues
