Biological Laboratory Technician - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR5)

Pro Sidian is seeking a part-time Biological Laboratory Technician to support requirements for Aerospace and Defense Sector Clients in Oklahoma City, OK.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a team to support Aerospace Medical Research efforts and complete tasks contributing to deliverables and core mission functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing incoming toxicology specimens
• Preparing biological samples for toxicological analyses
• Performing data entry for toxicology batches and cases
• Generating toxicology reports for review and signature
• Mailing out toxicology reports to appropriate recipients
• Maintaining and organizing toxicology case files
• Scanning batch and case paperwork for electronic storage
• Assisting chemists and toxicologists in daily operations and research projects
• Participating in the Laboratory’s accreditation process
• Preparing toxicology paperwork for FOIAs

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree with coursework in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• 3 years related experience with an Associate’s degree; no experience required with a B.S. degree
• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
