Social Science Research Assistant - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR
26) candidates shall work to support requirements for (Aerospace Medical Research Services) and shall work as part of a team in support of Aerospace Medical Research efforts. The candidate will complete tasks and activities contributing to deliverables and core mission functions in the Aerospace Medical Research space.
Responsibilities
- Must perform the following tasks as required by the Cabin Safety team:
- Gather, record (using both paper and pencil and electronic devices), organize, transcribe and verify the accuracy of research study data.
- Set up research database files and maintain confidentiality of subject records.
- Provide assistance with conducting reviews and summaries of relevant research literature and perform mathematical and statistical calculations and/or analysis.
- 2 years of college-level coursework in a relevant academic area (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Education) and at least one year of appropriate experience or equivalent education/experience.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
- All Pro Sidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office.
