Our franchise organization, 5 Star Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Bakers. Responsibilities include preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked products. The Baker ensures freshness, speed, cleanliness, and organization in daily duties.

• $100 bonus after 30 days of continuous employment

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items
• Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends
• Follow buffet production system for quality and shelf life

• Ensure bakery products are fresh, tasty, and visually appealing
• Follow Golden Corral recipes and standards
• Maintain proper portioning and recipes
• Adhere to the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide

• Provide friendly, courteous service and assist guests with baked goods
• Follow position responsibilities for just-in-time delivery

• Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
• Comply with local health laws
