Pay Rate

$7.25 per hour plus tips

Position Summary

The Bartender is a key social point of contact and often a lasting impression for our guests. This role delivers warm, knowledgeable service while preparing and serving beverages in a professional, welcoming environment that reflects Hilton hospitality standards.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and responsible service to all guests
• Assist servers, bartenders, and support staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Follow all alcohol service laws, health regulations, and company policies
• Operate bar equipment, POS systems, and cash handling accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Support other departments during peak times or emergencies as needed

• Shifts:
• 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Availability:
• Open availability required, including weekends and holidays

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bartending experience preferred
• Experience with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt standards a plus
• Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handler Certification required
• Oklahoma ABLE Commission License required
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and responsible alcohol service laws
• Basic math, computer, and POS skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Lift and carry trays and items up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs
• Push and pull carts or equipment up to 250 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, and work in tight spaces
• Comfortable working in variable temperatures (bar, kitchen, freezer areas)
• Manual dexterity for bar tools and equipment
