Find belonging in a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages growth and success. Be part of our team as a Server and help deliver friendly and timely service, greet guests, explain the menu, and coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Complete side work including garnishes, stocking, and organization of work areas.
• Display basic knowledge of cocktail and wine service and food preparation.
• Know menu items and ingredients; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Record orders and manage ticket totals; greet and seat guests; attend required meetings.
• Report unsafe conditions and follow correct accounting procedures.
• Assist with cross-training and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High School diploma required; some college or technical training preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Food handling certifications required upon hiring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a great customer service attitude.
• Computer proficiency to operate the resort’s POS system.
