- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes, according to recipes and hotel standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies, including receiving and storing deliveries.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
