We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The role offers an hourly wage plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.33 per hour.

Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The position involves working with various merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations).

• Develop rapport with customers and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Handle transactions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete training successfully and perform other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation, ability to multi-task, basic math skills, and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
