Job Overview
Travel Centers of America, a division of BP, provides a convenient one‑stop shopping experience to truck drivers and motorists across the U.S. We are looking for a dedicated Popeyes Cashier III to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Cashier III is a key member of the store team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and well‑stocked shop, and ensuring accurate inventory and cash handling.
Responsibilities- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Process transactions on a POS register; maintain a clean, well‑stocked food and beverage area
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and unloading products; stock, organize, and rotate merchandise on planograms
- Perform cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy
- Assist in training lower‑level cashiers on job duties and responsibilities
- Assist with end‑of‑day reporting (register audits, safe counting, etc.)
- Prioritize work according to store and management needs
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations
- Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co‑workers
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
- Dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team
- 3+ years of cashier experience preferred
- Computer/POS knowledge required
- Cash handling skills required
- Merchandising/stocking experience required
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

$13.00 – $13.50 per hour, depending on responsibilities, duties, and experience.

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
Continuously sitting and typing, frequently talking and using eye and hand coordination, occasional lifting or moving of objects. Requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
