Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns or refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs. This role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Process returns, refunds, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with questions and needs during front‑end operations.
• Stand for extended periods as required.
