Specialist, Reset

• Responsible for carrying out re-set plans to meet the completion deadline.
• Participates in the necessary analysis and planning to assure that the merchandising objective, priorities and profitability for members are met in a timely manner.
• Interacts with lead supervisor and sales managers to assist in upgrading the existing store format.
• Create merchandising layout among store owners, Store Engineering and Member Services department.
• Works with IT to generate shelf tags and signage.
• Responsible for schematic compliance. Very physical position requiring lifting and moving of product to different locations for schematic compliance.
• Responsible for the coordination of supervision of the vendors at the time of resets.
• Follows through with the re-set schedule to accommodate construction phases of new stores and/or remodels.
• Requires some overnight travel and travel to and from the various stores to be reset.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Ability to perform the following duties along with all other duties as requested by the Director of Center Store Sales. It is the responsibility of each individual at AWG to provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sells and profits.

Degree or equivalent; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to create and manipulate schematic reset software.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
