Account Manager – Entry Level Sales – Sports‑Minded Candidates Wanted

Redbud Associates, a sales organization specializing in customer acquisition, is recruiting an energetic and friendly Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers in‑person
• Operate within assigned sales territory provided by management and our clients
• Hit sales targets and maintain accurate data in Salesforce
• Participate in learning & development in sales, marketing, business development, leadership, and management

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of experience working with people or in a sales role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Willingness to work hard
• Strong work ethic and impeccable integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leadership or team roles
• Sportsmanship mentality essential for team collaboration
