ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency has proudly served the Moore community since 1960, making us one of the longest-standing businesses in the area. As a 3rd generation State Farm agent, I’m passionate about continuing that tradition of service and community involvement. From sponsoring Central Elementary and supporting local sports teams to running an annual cookoff competition between the Moore Police and Fire Departments to raise money for Special Olympics, giving back is at the heart of what we do.

We also stay active with the Kiwanis, Rotary, and Chamber of Commerce.

Our team of 11 is a mix of long-tenured professionals and newer faces, which creates a balance of experience and fresh energy. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot, compete in fun office games, and celebrate wins together. Whether in person or connecting daily with our remote teammates on Zoom, we keep a strong sense of family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Evans - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
