Job Description Route Sales Associate / Delivery Driver
Ronnoco Beverage Solutions (Henderson) the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and other premium beverages, is looking for a Route Sales Associate/Delivery Driver in the OKC area. At Ronnoco our passion is serving those who serve our products!
The Route Sales Associate will make scheduled route deliveries of product, provide exceptional customer service, ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, maintain inventory, and work closely with the sales team to identify increased product sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Direct store delivery of coffee and allied products to customers in the OKC area.
- Manage deliveries, stock and maintain product inventory for warehouse and truck.
- Pick product at warehouse and load onto truck each day.
- Manage coffee inventory for customer accounts.
- Collect leads for potential new customers on a growing route.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations,and Supply Chain teams to provide exceptional customer service to accounts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years' experience in a route sales or related role.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. unassisted.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
