As a Business Development Representative, you identify and develop new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote IT solutions that help organizations thrive. Account Management
  • Grow new business by cultivating long‑term relationships and proposing solutions.

Strategic Oversight
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies.

Administrative
  • Manage contacts, opportunities, and sales activity via CRM accurately and timely.
  • Update reports as required by management (forecasts, A/R tracking, expense reports).
Collaborative
  • Integrate CRM with other business tools and platforms.
  • Document sales methodologies, best practices, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires with training and resources.
  • Align sales enablement initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop sales enablement content and campaigns with marketing.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Audit and assess areas for improvement, providing recommendations.
  • Support the company by completing all other job duties assigned.
Technical
  • Research, build, and implement improvements in sales and marketing operations.
  • Assist in keeping Connect Wise, Hub Spot, and other systems current with accurate data.
  • Set up new accounts per established processes.
