Membership Sales Manager

Citizen House is a premier private social club offering exceptional hospitality, curated experiences, and a vibrant community. We are seeking a polished and driven Membership Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our membership base.

The Membership Manager is the face of membership at Citizen House. This role blends sales and strategy with hands‑on member service—from engaging prospects and conducting tours to creating initiatives that strengthen retention and build community.

• Drive membership growth through proactive sales, outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct tours, presentations, and manage the full membership process.
• Build strong relationships to enhance engagement, usage, and retention.
• Design and oversee onboarding and orientation for new members.
• Analyze membership data and provide insights to inform growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Events and Social Media teams to promote programs and recruit prospects.
• Represent the club at networking events and in the broader community.

• 3–5 years’ experience in membership, sales, or hospitality (private club/luxury preferred).
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Personable, polished communicator with excellent relationship skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented; adept with CRM systems.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends for events.
