This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK, for a Branch Sales Manager. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, achieve assigned sales targets, lead and mentor sales teams, and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue. Responsibilities also include tracking sales metrics, ensuring excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and maintaining compliance with company policies and objectives.

• Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong team management and leadership abilities to motivate and guide sales teams
• Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of financial services, market trends, and related regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
