BDC Sales Agent – Bob Howard Toyota

Bob Howard Toyota is part of the fast‑growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center Agent to our Sales team. This position answers inquiries from customers about vehicles through email, text, and phone calls with the goal of guiding a customer through the vehicle research and selection process, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

This position pays $18 per hour, plus commission, plus bonuses. BDC agents have potential to earn more.

• Communicate effectively with our customers via phone, internet, or text.
• Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
• Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
• Set appointments for our customers.
• Study, learn and understand the vehicles and services we offer.
• Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products and procedures.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the dealership.

• Can handle high volume sales calls and emails.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Auto dealership internet or BDC experience is preferred but not required.
